Monica S. Nathan, Founder

Monica has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and certifications in Landscape Design & Native Texas Gardening from the University of Texas at Austin. She launched the original company, Rose’s Secret Garden, LLC. during her senior year of college in 2012. She started the company mainly focusing on vegetable gardening and Texas native landscape design. After moving to Dallas in the fall of 2013, Monica began learning floral design under floral designer, Kelley Faulkner. By 2015, in addition to edible landscaping, the company offered design services for all exterior and interior elements, including fresh floral design.

Monica specializes in agriculture but she also enjoys designing ornamental landscapes and outdoor living spaces. Her hobbies include collecting rare cacti & succulents. In her spare time she works in her own landscape with her husband and their three rottweilers Cookie, Chief, and June.
